About This Course
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Course Duration
12 months
Units of Competence
Students will be required to undertake 12 units of competence including 5 core and 7 elective units. Course units are delivered sequentially and should be completed over a 12-month period.

Delivery
There are 3 options available for learners to complete this course. Learners may elect one or any of the following study options.
- Online: 100% self-directed online learning with access to pre-recorded tutorials for all units. Enrol anytime.
- Classroom: Classroom attendance 4 hours per week at our Kilmore Campus. 4 Intakes per year. Ask us about the next intake date.
- Mixed Mode: Elect to undertake both options or add classroom attendance at any time during enrolment in the course.
Entry Requirements
This is an open entry course with no pre-requisites required for entry.
We do recommend that all learners applying for entry to this course:
- Are over 18 years of age at the time of commencement.
- Have successfully completed a year 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Have a strong grasp of computer/technical skills.
- Microsoft Office (or freeware equivalent) installed on their computer.
- Access to a reliable high-quality internet connection.
- Adequate literacy/numeracy skills.
